Driving with Care is a nationally recognized and approved DWI/DUI educational program. That means Driving with Care works with probation offices and requirements, whether local, metro area, greater Minnesota, or even out of state. Levels I and II are self-pay, as they are classes and not a clinical service.
Level I is a 12 hour program, 6 sessions in Delano on Wednesday evenings from 4-6pm.
Level II is a 24 hour program, 12 sessions in Delano on Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm.
The purpose of our Driving with Care Educational Program is to help develop skills to:
- Prevent future driving while impaired by alcohol or other drugs.
- Avoid future patterns of alcohol or other drug use that has caused you problems in the past, and have led to driving while impaired. This helps prevent recidivism and more legal and personal problems in the future.
- Promote pro-social rather than anti-social behavior.
